And Ki-tae is getting flack for using money as compensation, but Jang-mi did the same thing to Yeo-reum. She felt bad about all the things she’d done to him (the truffles, losing his job, breaking his heart…) and offered him money. I don’t see that much of a difference between her gesture and Ki-tae’s (because he basically did put her in her situation).

At least this time he was prepared, and Hyun-hee is standing by with some clothes, ha. I thought that Jang Mi’s reluctance about marriage has more to do with her parents’ relationship that in the complex past between her and Gi Tea. I just love seeing the two of them happy together. At this point, I don’t care what form their relationship takes… Lets just have three more episodes of Adorable.

Se-ah enters right on cue, and offers to do the reconstruction surgery at the same time as the removal, so Jang-mi’s mother doesn’t have to live through the shock of having only one breast. Jang-mi tells her dad to go to the hospital but he says that he won’t, since if her mom didn’t tell him she was sick it must mean she really hates him. He thinks his presence will only make her upset and she’ll feel worse. Jang-mi’s insistence that she’s unsure about marriage just makes Dad even angrier and he demands to know what Ki-tae did to make her uncertain.

If you look at his old life (as Baek Hee Song) the things he did or said was to make people love him or to make them view him in a certain light. With him getting amnesia, he removed all of his role-self. And his actions and behavior towards Jiwon and Eunha will from then on be more genuine and based on his love for them rather than his desire to keep up a facade. Cannot waitt for ep16, while I’ll be content if it’s a bit sad too because of the storytelling, I really want our hero to be at peace, for once.

Food Dev Team 1 were great side characters as well. This drama feels too much like real life, too heavy. I watch K-Drama to be transported and to have fun. Will give it one more and then probably drop. Not sure why this comment does not show as my user, but NM.

I definitely recommend you guys watch this drama, I think it’s worth it because if you like mystery and all the above you’ll enjoy this as well. I was freaking out about it all hahaha. After 15 episodes of angst it was nice with a slower episode that didn’t have my heart beating with anxiety. Usually when they add amnesia into the plot I feel as if it doesn’t really add to the story.

Wealthy plastic surgeon Gong Ki Tae is a successful and happy bachelor who does not want to find himself a wife. He believes that his life is perfectly planned, and being single is the only option he accept. However, his family is badgering him to marry. I do hope Doojoon will have the same luck even more lucky than him.

I keep wishing to see Eunha a few minutes before the end and I’m glad that we saw her!!! She has a huge potential as a child. I wanna see what happened after, but I guess that’s the charm of this drama. YourHookupGuide This is the first drama that made me go on reddit on a weekly basis to discuss and share theories with others. The writing, production and acting is just great. It’s been such a fun ride with everyone.

Hoon-dong says that his emergency fund that his mother doesn’t know about will cover their newlywed house. He invites Ki-tae to the wedding, who tentatively asks if Jang-mi will be there. Hoon-song sighs that everything is messed up, and tells her that Yeo-reum quit. He says he’s worried about everyone and whines that their lives are so pitiful, but Jang-mi threatens him not to dare say that he’s unhappy. Hoon-dong says his mom cut him off and even fired him, and he hasn’t told Hyun-hee yet.

I will say the ML actor was a little… wooden? I don’t know if he’s been in a lot of comedy type roles or if that was an acting choice but by the end he seemed a lot more comfortable. Just an observation – not a knock on his acting skills or directors choices.
